| Question: | Is it possible to enter players with two ratings (FIDE and National) at the same time? |
| Answer: | No this is not possible, within the software a choice has to be made. If a player is entered in FIDE ratinglist format then the rating is marked FIDE. With the Dutch ratinglist format the mark is not set at the FIDE box. |
| Question: | My opponent is treated as 2200 instead as 2340 (my own rating is 1850). |
| Answer: | For the calculation of the TPR the 350 rating difference rule applies. |

What is mixed TPR? |
| Answer: | the software only uses the ratings marked FIDE for TPR calculations. It is possible to calculate a mixed TPR (national and FIDE). If you put the mixed TPR in the ranking order or by using the Excel templates. |
| Question: | is it possible to print the sponsorlogo directly on the pairings? |
| Answer: | the excel templates offer a variety of possibilities for the output (help - contents - excel templates). It is also possible to import pictures and logo's in the templates. |
| Question: | I do not have Excel on my computer. Is it still possible to print anything? |
| Answer: | via the menu "report" - it is possible to print and export plain txt-files. |
| Question: | I got the software from a friend. It does not make a pairing after 3 rounds |
| Answer: | via the website of the Royal Dutch Federation you can put an order for a Registration Code. |
| Question: | In the "Edit player"-screen is the field marked "Flags". What is the use? |
| Answer: | This field can be used as you like. For instance to record the absences. |

| Answer: | Via the menu "tools" it is possible to point the software to the location of the templates. |
| Question: | I have Swiss Master Windows version 5.0. Is there an update available? |
| Answer: | all updates of the 5-series are to be found on this site and are free of charge up to version 6.0 |
| Question: | Is it possible to make html-code? |
| Answer: | Yes, it is possible to publish all results in HTML-code. |
| Question: | I want the report "tournament" but if I do the data of the rounds is not given. In stead it reads $RND1 up to $RND9. |
| Answer: | If you want the tournament report you have to make it from the tournament view. Menu - "view" - pick "tournament". |
